Mini Bagel Pizzas- I made a huge batch and froze them so the kids could just warm up...they loved them
- mini bagels,split toasted
- pizza sauce
- shredded mozz. cheese
- Can add pepperoni or what ever other toppings
HEAT broiler.
SPREAD cut sides of bagels with sauce; top with cheese.
BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
BREAKFAST SANDWICH-I also made a huge batch and froze went over very well with the kids. Plus it is more filling than a bowl of cereal.
- 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product ( I JUST USED REGULAR EGGS)
- English muffin, split, toasted(however many you want to make)
- 1 KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles
- 1 slice OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon, cooked, cut crosswise in half (i used ham)
COOK egg product in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.
SPOON onto muffin half; cover with Singles, bacon and remaining muffin half.
